myTrueSound Oy collects information about the users of its website. Processing of user data helps develop the technical maintenance and evolution of our website. The primary purpose is to improve services on the website and to analyze information related to the number of visitors because that information can be linked to the success of our products.

Contact form

On our website, we use a contact form where users are requested to provide their email addresses in case they want to contact us through that channel. The information provided in the contact form is transmitted to the correct party at myTrueSound. The person responsible for the service will respond to the email address provided by the user. Data may be forwarded within the organization, where appropriate, in order for myTrueSound to be able to handle the service request from the customer.

Data provided in the contact form will be saved in myTrueSound’s server. Each year, a report is compiled from the data provided in the contact form, including the enquiry type and reason, in order for myTrueSound to develop and analyse its service processes. No user contact information is saved in the annual report. When contact information is no longer needed, it will be destroyed.
